1 Sizes: All sizes are approximate due to the handmade nature of the product. We will fill your order with the piece shown in the photograph, or another of the same type, size and quality.
2 Findings: We use a variety of findings to finish the jewelry. The following abbreviations are noted next to each piece: B - Base Metal SP - Silver Plated SS - Sterling Silver ( 92.5) FS - Fine Silver (99.9%) (99.9) GF - Gold Filled GP - Gold Plated Some Pieces may be embellished with beads that may be silver plated or made of glass.
3 Finding Options: Silver Plated and Gold Plated findings are interchangable at customers request without any additional charges. However, there will be a one-day delay for the adhesive to cure. Sterling Silver findings are available and may be requested for an additional charge. The following rates apply for Sterling Silver: Earrings: the glue-on bail is currently not available in Sterling, however, the ear pieces can be added. For leverbacks add $ 4.00 per pair, for french hooks with ball add $ 2.50, for plain french hooks add $ 1.50. For pendant bails add the following: small $ 10.00, medium $ 11.00, large $ 12.00 Please specify when ordering.
4 Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will be happy to refund the purchase price to you.Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case where breakage occurred during shipping. We use bubblewrap for shipment. However, if a piece should get broken during shipment, please notify us and return the piece immediately. We will replace it as quickly as possible. If we do not have another piece like that in stock, we will be happy to give you the option to wait while we make another. Or you may chose a different piece, or request a refund.
5 Shipping : We will ship all items in stock within 1 or 2 days. For shipping within the continental US we charge a flat fee of $ 2.50 (US Dollars) for the first piece, and $ .50 for each additional piece that is shipped together with the first piece. We use the United States Postal Service for shipping.
6 Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
